Hi, my name is Kincső, welcome to my blog.

This blog is about experimenting, about finding what feels good and sharing my journey along the way. I'm not going to tell you what to eat and how to be the "perfect" vegan, I'm simply sharing my passion and what works for me.

My vegan journey started in the spring of 2017. I went vegan simply because of health reasons. After trying a lot of diets, veganism was my last resort to cure my digestion. I’ve always loved fruits and veggies, so I’ve never felt it would have been a sacrifice.

Going vegan was one of my best choices in my life. I’ve never thought someone’s life can change so deeply in such a short time. My digestive problems gut much better and I feel fantastic, and not just physically but also mentally. I tried, and I still try to gain as much knowledge about veganism as I can. I read books, I watched documentaries and YouTube channels. Maybe one day I create a blog post about my favourite sources. After some time, I started to see the ethical side of veganism and I realised how much harm we cause by supporting the meat and dairy industry. By supporting the making of animal products which only make us sick.

I truly believe that we are voting with our money every single day. We can choose what we want to support with our money and what kind of world we want to live in. I am grateful for being able to make a change every day and live a conscious and compassionate life without making unnecessary harms.  

I created Eat good feel good to share my passion and to show how easy it is to be vegan. I share posts about my vegan lifestyle, recipes, and living a low impact life.
