In today’s blog post I’m going to share the recipe for the perfect summer drink: watermelon and raspberry smoothie!
My absolute favourite summer fruit is watermelon. The raspberry and the fresh mint leaves give an extra kick to this refreshing drink, so it is perfect for hot summer days!
a half of a smaller watermelon cut into smaller pieces
150 gram raspberries
4-5 mint leaves, depending on how minty you like
0,5 dl water
some lime juice for some extra boost if you have some on hand
After cutting the watermelon into smaller chunks put everything into a blender and blend it well. Before serving put the smoothie into the fridge and after it’s nicely chilled, here you go! You have and amazing refreshing summer drink.
